By downloading, installing, or using AI Predicto ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the App.

2. App Description

AI Predicto is an entertainment and informational tool that uses AI and publicly available data to generate predictions for football match outcomes and cryptocurrency/forex market movements.

The App is developed and maintained by ProfKingkeys / ProfKingkeys Academy.

3. Permitted Use

The App is for personal, non-commercial, entertainment use only.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the financial prediction features.
You agree not to reproduce, redistribute, or resell any part of the App without written permission.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose.

4. Predictions & Accuracy

All predictions generated by the App are based on AI models, statistical data, and algorithmic analysis. They are NOT guaranteed to be accurate. Past prediction performance does not guarantee future accuracy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding within the App — including the AI Predicto name, logo, and visual identity — are the intellectual property of ProfKingkeys / ProfKingkeys Academy and are protected under applicable copyright law.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party APIs (e.g., CoinGecko, football data APIs) to retrieve live market data. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or terms of these third-party services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProfKingkeys Academy and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

Use of or reliance on any predictions generated by the App.
Financial loss, trading losses, or betting losses.
Data inaccuracies from third-party sources.
App downtime, errors, or bugs.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Privacy Policy

Local Storage: Prediction history, streak counts, and cached data are stored locally on your device only.
No Account Required: The App does not require registration, login, or email.
No Analytics Tracking: We do not use third-party analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase).
No Advertising IDs: We do not collect or share advertising identifiers.

3. Third-Party API Calls

To fetch live football and cryptocurrency/forex data, the App makes requests to third-party APIs (such as CoinGecko). These requests may involve your device's IP address being sent to their servers. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for details.

4. AI Model (Transformers.js)

The App uses a locally-running AI model via Transformers.js. This model runs entirely in your browser/app — no data is sent to any AI server for inference. All AI computations happen on your device.

5. Children's Privacy

This App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Users of the financial prediction features must be 18 years or older.

6. Data Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device, your data security depends on your device's own security measures. We recommend keeping your device secure.

7. Your Rights

You may clear all locally stored prediction data at any time by clearing your app's storage or using your browser's clear data function. There is no server-side data to request deletion of.

8. Changes to Privacy Policy
